GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada and you agree to submit any dispute or difference arising out of these Terms of Use to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec in the judicial district of St-Jerome.
